Warnick Metal Building Erectors has served the Texas metal building erection industry since 1977. As a specialty metal building erector, our primary focus is pre-engineered commercial and industrial buildings.

Pre-engineered metal buildings are primarily bolt-up solutions from various manufacturers throught the country. We typically provide labor to general contractors for assembly of these metal building solutions.

Services provided by Warnick Erectors include metal building erection, metal roof inspections, roof retrofits and repair, furnish and erect building packages and crane rental. Projects include mid-size businesses, schools, churches, car dealerships, disritbution centers, aircraft hangars, storage facilities and manufacturing plants.

Warnick Metal Building Erectors has worked on a wide variety of projects since beginning business in 1977. We have constructed schools and churches across the metroplex as well as distibution centers, storage facilities and manufacturing plants across Texas and throughout the country. While the majority of our projects are withing the Dallas/Fort Worth and Denton areas, we also work elsewhere in Texas and nationally.

Besides work in Texas (Austin, El Paso, Houston, Beaumont, Tyler/Longview, Midland/Odessa), we have constructed buildings in Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, Pennsylvania and also done work in Chicago, Illinois, among other locations.

While constuction is an inherently dangerous industry, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration provides a wealth of gudelines to help all companies provide a safe and secure work environment. Field jobs involve overhead lifting and heights. Most work is local to the D/FW area while some involves work outside the metroplex. All levels of experience are welcome to apply for work with the company, with some jobs having specific experience requirements.

The diagram to the right shows the basic components of a typical pre-engineered metal building. As you can see, heights are involved in many aspects of the job. We take every precaution to maintain a safe work environment and protect our employees as part of getting the job done.

Gabriel M. Warnick - President/CEO

Gabriel joined Warnick in 2003 and has held various positions in the company since then. In 2016, he took over as President and CEO and looks forward to moving the company into the future.

Daniel M. Wingard - Vice President/Estimator

Dan joined Warnick in 1984 and as foreman with Warnick Construction for several years, was responsible for all aspects of the metal building erection process. He brings over 20 years experience in commercial and industrial construction.

Jorge D. Vargas - Vice President/Safety Manager

Jorge partnered in a family-owned construction business prior to joining Warnick in January 2000. Jorge places a consistently strong emphasis on job safety and proactively monitors compliance with OSHA, workers compensation and other insurance standards. As safety manager, he assists Warnick Erectors in maintaining the highest standards of jobsite safety.
